I’ve been able to use our small marketing budget to establish and promote our business with a direct correlation to increase in foot traffic and sales.
I love helping people refine what their dreams are and carving out the steps to achieve that goal. I believe that through the process of creating or redesigning a web site, it is a good time to hone down on what type of person you are and who you wish to work with. I am helping you focus to refine your vision to succeed. I use Squarespace because I believe it makes intelligent designs that are functional and eye-catching.

Platform
I use Squarespace platform because the lines and colors are beautiful. The site allows for building a page to a desired layout. You will receive a 10% discount for any new website I build under my web designer account. I use both Pexels and Unsplash for free images. We can also look for specific paid images.
Project timeline
We will have a 30-minute Discovery Zoom call to talk about your business and website ideas. When you book for dedicated calendar time, the payment of 10% is due. You will receive a welcome package with some homework regarding your vision for your website. You will need to select domain name for your website, gather images in Pinterest, complete a questionnaire, decide on copy- how you want to word things and gather pictures or logos for your website.
Our project time starts with a kickoff call and 1st page draft. You will have time to review and give feedback. I will give you back your design. I will give you a full site presentation.
We will continue refining your website. The 1st monthly payment is due on the day the final website is presented. It will go live when your payment is completed.
Payment plans
I request 10% payment when you send me your legal name of your business and address to reserve your website design time. The 1st monthly payment is due on the scheduled completion date. Then your website is ready to go live. The payments will continue for the next 11 months. You can pay off early without penalty.
If you miss a payment, your website will be deactivated. You will need to pay a reactivation fee of $250 to restart. When your full purchase price is paid, I will transfer the website to your SquareSpace account.
If you book a time in the schedule, you have 5 days to change it without any problem. I am reserving a dedicated time to work with you and no one else. After 5 days, you may rebook but you will forfeit the reservation payment.
File Delivery
I will make a “coming soon” page once you have your domain and booked your design dates. I will build the page under my Squarespace account if you do not have one yet. I can import your domain and set up a file you will give feedback on.
On the go live day, I will transfer your files to your Squarespace account. You will have a hosting service set up and you will have all files delivered.
AI Statement
The power of the creative mind of humans is more interesting and amazing in its unique form. AI rakes to gather information using prioritized parameters that its creators have set. I believe that AI is in its developmental stage and is a useful tool for creating imagery or gathering information. I believe AI will continue to be a useful resource for many different applications.
